No. The listed price is for the ebook (front cover) only. A paperback upgrade is an additional $79 which includes the front, spine and back.

The back will be designed with a complimentary image. I usually use one image and create it to compliment the front design. You can add your book synopsis, author information, author image, publisher info, etc. If you want to have a more elaborate back design, that requires extra design work, and extra fees may be required.

Yes. The audiobook cover upgrade is an additional $40. You will receive the cover in a square size: 2400 x 2400.

No. Most of the book covers I create use stock images. Because of this face, I cannot stop another cover designer from using the same stock image in their own covers. I do try to make changes to the original stock image or combine them with other stock images so that the design will be more unique.

Most of the stock images are license under the Standard license. Once in a while I use stock images/graphics with an Extended license.

Not completely. Since my book covers are made using stock images, they are still bound to the terms of the stock image license(s). The ownership of the stock image themselves still belong to the original creator. The book cover that you buy, the derivative work that I create with your title and author name, is what you buy from me and I don’t have any restrictions on use. The only restrictions you are bound to are those of the stock image license. Most images are license under the Standard License. With regards to book covers, the industry standard is 500,000 impressions per licensed use before the cover needs to be re-designed or a new license obtained. After that, you would need to obtain the Extended/Enhanced Licenses of the stock images. I use stock images from various sources including Depositphotos, Freepik, Shutterstock, Getty Images, Big Stock Photo, iStock and several more. The main one’s I use are Shutterstock and Depositphotos. You can go to these sites and read on their licensing information.
